In this text, Professor William Blessing surveys a considerable amount of the neuroscience which is of direct interest and relevance to West meets East discussion - particularly relating to Tier 2 of the suggested Model. While almost all diagrams in Prof. Blessings text have been posted here, those that are too detailed or too complex have not. It is an issue of reproduction quality. Examples of those that have not been reproduced are the brainstem sections of chapter 8 (Fig. 8.2 A-H, pp. 376-383), and of chapter 3 (Fig. 3.1 A-H, pp. 30-32).
